Terms of Use for Repair Room LTD Software Tool Effective Date: 1 June 2025 This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your use of the downloadable software tool provided by Repair Room LTD (the “Tool”). By downloading, installing, or using the Tool, you agree to be bound by the terms set forth below. If you do not agree, you may not download, install, or use the Tool. 1. Use at Your Own Risk The Tool is provided “as is” and “as available,” without any warranties of any kind. You assume all risk associated with use of the Tool, including but not limited to potential impact on your devices, systems, or data. 2. Disclaimer of Warranties Repair Room LTD expressly disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranties arising from course of dealing or usage of trade. No oral or written information or advice shall create any warranty. 3. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Repair Room LTD shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages — including but not limited to loss of data, system failure, or business interruption — arising from or related to the use or inability to use the Tool, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. 4. Ownership and Intellectual Property The Tool, including all code, design, content, and documentation, is the sole and exclusive property of Repair Room LTD and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You acknowledge that no title or ownership rights in the Tool are transferred to you under this Agreement. 5. Restrictions on Use and Distribution You may not: Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Tool; Distribute, sublicense, rent, lease, resell, or otherwise exploit the Tool for commercial gain; Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices; Bypass, disable, or interfere with any security features of the Tool. Unauthorized use, duplication, or distribution is strictly prohibited and may result in civil or criminal penalties. 6. Intended Use The Tool is intended for personal use or use under direct instruction from Repair Room LTD personnel. Any other use without our prior written consent is a violation of these terms. 7. Data Privacy The Tool does not independently collect or transmit user data. If you voluntarily provide logs or diagnostic information to Repair Room LTD, such data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You are solely responsible for ensuring that any data you submit does not contain confidential or sensitive information. 8. Termination Repair Room LTD may suspend or terminate your access to the Tool at any time, with or without notice, for breach of this Agreement or for any other reason. Upon termination, you must immediately stop using the Tool and delete all copies in your possession. 9. Updates and Modifications We may issue updates or enhancements to the Tool. These updates may be installed automatically without prior notice. Continued use of the Tool after such updates constitutes your agreement to the updated version. 10. Export Compliance You agree to comply with all applicable export laws and regulations. The Tool may not be used, downloaded, or exported to countries or individuals subject to U.S. export restrictions. 11. Governing Law This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. 12. Severability If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. 13. Entire Agreement This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Repair Room LTD regarding the Tool and supersedes all prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.
