How long do repairs take?
Most repairs are completed within 1 to 3 working days depending on the fault, part availability, and queue. We’ll keep you updated throughout.
Do you offer free diagnostics?
Yes, we offer free diagnostics. If we can’t fix the issue or you choose not to go ahead, there's no charge for the check.
What areas do you cover?
We serve customers in Reading, Woodley, Earley, Tilehurst, Whitley, Caversham, Winnersh, and surrounding areas. Check our contact page for the map.
Do you provide a warranty?
OEM parts include 6 months warranty. Aftermarket or used parts include 3 months unless otherwise agreed. Full details are in our Terms & Conditions.
Do I need an appointment?
Booking is recommended, especially for Saturday visits or collections. Use our enquiry form and we’ll confirm availability.
I think I have a virus. Can you help?
Yes. We can help remove malware, secure your system, and advise on safer usage. In some cases, a fresh reinstall may be the safest route. We'll always explain your options first.
Can you help fix my email?
We can help with local device setup, sync issues, and general troubleshooting. However, some issues may need action from your email provider directly. We’ll guide you either way.
Can I just ask for advice?
Absolutely. We believe in education without pressure. If you're unsure about something, just ask. We’re happy to help, even if you don't need a repair.
I find repairs expensive. What if I can’t afford it?
We offer concession rates for people over state pension age, students, and low-income households. In some cases, you can also trade in old or unused devices to offset your bill — subject to testing and condition.
