Windows 10 Support Has Ended
Microsoft ended support for Windows 10 on 14th October 2025. We're here to help you upgrade smoothly and securely.
What Does This Mean?
Your Windows 10 computer will continue to work, but it won't receive important security updates
No More Security Updates
Microsoft will no longer provide security patches, which means your computer may be more vulnerable to security threats.
No Technical Support
Microsoft customer service will no longer provide assistance with Windows 10 issues.
Software Compatibility Issues
New software and applications may not work properly on Windows 10, and existing programs may stop receiving updates.
Your Upgrade Options
We can help you choose the best path forward for your needs and budget
Upgrade to Windows 11
If your computer meets the requirements, we can upgrade it to Windows 11. The Windows 11 software is free, and we'll check compatibility and handle the entire process.
Choose a New Computer
If your computer is too old, we can help you choose a new Windows 11 computer that fits your needs and budget.
Unsupported Installation
For computers that don't officially support Windows 11, we can install it using advanced methods (at your own risk).
What does 'unsupported hardware' mean?
This applies to computers that are too old or don't meet Microsoft's minimum requirements for Windows 11.
Our E-Waste Conscious Approach
We believe in extending device lifecycles and reducing electronic waste wherever possible
Environmental Responsibility
Our Environmental Commitment
We care about the environment and try to keep computers working for as long as possible. But let's be honest - sometimes companies make it hard by stopping support for older computers, even when they still work fine.
Honest Cost-Benefit Analysis
Here's the thing: sometimes fixing an old computer costs more than buying a new one. But remember, you don't have to buy brand new - there are plenty of good used computers that already support Windows 11. We won't try to sell you expensive repairs just because we can do them. We'll always tell you honestly what makes sense for your situation.
Your Choice, Your Money
Our job is to give you the facts and let you decide. We'll fix things when it's worth it, suggest buying new when repairs cost too much, and always be upfront about prices. It's your computer and your money - you get to choose what's right for you.
Being environmentally responsible means making smart choices, not just fixing everything no matter what it costs.
Best Effort Support Policy
For devices running unsupported operating systems (like Windows 10 after October 2025), we provide "best effort" support with clear limitations.
What This Means:
- • We'll repair hardware issues regardless of OS support status
- • We'll only decline if the OS is identified as the root cause
- • Security vulnerabilities cannot be fully resolved on unsupported OS
- • We'll recommend upgrading when OS issues are identified
Our Commitment:
We won't use unsupported operating systems as an excuse to avoid repairs. We'll only decline service when the OS itself is definitively identified as the problem.
Important Note:
We cannot provide warranty coverage for repairs on unsupported operating systems, as security issues may arise that are beyond our control.
